Digital Community Manager – B2B Technical Industries

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Community Manager to revitalize and scale our B2B technical community. You will own the experience across our own platform and external forums such as Reddit, turning the community into a high‑value destination for engineers and technical users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an end‑to‑end community strategy in partnership with social media, marketing, product and customer success teams.
• Stimulate conversations, moderate discussions and ensure a high‑quality experience for members.
• Develop and run programs to boost engagement, including gamification, expert sessions and user‑generated content.
• Engage authentically in external forums (Reddit, engineering sites) and funnel relevant users into the owned community.
• Create and curate technical content optimized for search engines and large language models.
• Launch ambassador, champion and super‑user programs with recognition systems.
• Own community KPIs, build dashboards and provide regular insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex technical topics.
• Experience working with technical audiences, especially engineers.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, marketing and customer success.
