About the role
The Digital Communications Product Manager leads the technical execution of digital servicing communications, delivering customer‑facing material via Email, SMS and Push Notifications across multiple platforms and business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, technical capabilities and roadmap for the digital product platform.
- Engage with cross‑disciplinary teams to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform products.
- Translate business and product requirements into platform specifications and drive product development for new initiatives.
- Maintain the product roadmap, communicate goals and roles, and make trade‑offs to optimise time‑to‑market while assessing risk and ensuring compliance.
Required profile
- 6‑10 years of experience leading digital initiatives and working closely with engineers and developers.
- Strategic, results‑driven leader passionate about best‑in‑class digital experiences in the servicing space.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across business units and external customers.
