Digital Communications Product Manager

About the role

The Digital Communications Product Manager leads the technical execution of digital servicing communications, delivering customer‑facing material via Email, SMS and Push Notifications. The role partners closely with technology, development and testing teams to bring ideas from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, technical capabilities and roadmap for the digital product platform.
• Translate business and product requirements into platform specifications and drive product development for new initiatives.
• Manage the product roadmap, communicate goals and responsibilities across the organization, and make trade‑offs to optimise time‑to‑market.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies while safeguarding the firm’s reputation.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to work with engineers and developers to understand technical feasibility and translate customer outcomes.
• Strategic, results‑driven leader passionate about designing best‑in‑class digital experiences.
