Digital Commerce and Agentic AI Consulting Manager

About the role

Accenture's S&C Global Network - Agentic Commerce practice helps clients grow through data-driven insights and artificial intelligence, from strategy to execution. As an AI Manager in this role, you will lead the design, implementation and adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions within agentic commerce ecosystems, combining technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise-level data, context and orchestration strategies for scalable Agentic AI systems
• Oversee data integration, governance and quality, embedding modularity, observability, auditability, resilience and explainability in commerce architectures
• Build unified commerce data foundations and analyze product data flows to define attributes, fields and taxonomies
• Architect multi-agent solutions coordinating predictive models, optimization engines and LLM-driven reasoning
• Integrate agentic systems into real-time inference, decision APIs and event-driven architectures for digital platforms, campaigns and personalization
• Establish governance models covering trust, accuracy, automation and decision-making
• Engage executives and stakeholders, and create presentations, demos and roadmaps with clear ROI
• Use platforms such as FastAPI, GCP/AWS/Azure and Databricks, and shape internal accelerators and playbooks
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic Commerce projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business administration or a related field
• Consulting or enterprise experience deploying scalable Agentic AI frameworks, ideally in digital commerce, merchandising, customer analytics or revenue growth
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, including PIM concepts and product data structures; experience with Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo, inRiver or Informatica P360 is preferred
• Understanding of governance, risk controls, bias monitoring, drift detection, explainability and compliance for enterprise AI
• C1 English or above, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Project management, leadership and mentoring experience

Required skills

• Agentic AI orchestration and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen and LangGraph
• Prompt design, multi-agent frameworks and standardized tool invocation (MCP)
• FastAPI, GCP/Azure/AWS, Databricks and cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and CI/CD
• LLM evaluation, agent monitoring and observability
