Dental Concierge

About the role

Prisma Dental is looking for a professional, organized, and service‑oriented Dental Concierge to be the primary point of contact for local and international patients. You will ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide personalized assistance during on‑site visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after treatment.
• Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, follow‑ups, and schedule changes.
• Assist international and out‑of‑town patients with hotel accommodations and other visit‑related arrangements.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, arrival details, and logistical needs.
• Work with dentists, clinical staff, and administrative team to support a smooth patient experience.
• Respond professionally to patient questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient information and scheduling records.
• Support marketing activities, including patient communications, promotional initiatives, social media content, and follow‑up campaigns.
• Collect patient feedback, testimonials, and reviews when appropriate.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, tourism, or patient coordination is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, friendly, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented approach.
• Ability to maintain discretion and protect confidential patient information.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work on‑site Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
