Data Loss Prevention Analyst

About the role

Data is our business, protecting it is paramount. The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst will join Equifax’s Global Privacy Team in Costa Rica, working closely with program leaders to support and mature enterprise‑wide DLP initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with enterprise and business‑unit stakeholders to provide governance support for Equifax’s DLP program across the enterprise.
• Play an active role in continuously improving the DLP program, including building workflows and processes with a focus on automation.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, standards and procedures that support global privacy program objectives, with a specific focus on DLP.
• Respond to inquiries, questions, and exception requests from internal stakeholders regarding DLP, utilizing Equifax’s ticketing system.
• Support the development of training materials and job aids related to DLP.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or comparable role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
