About the role
INDI is seeking a proactive Data Entry Specialist to support its Recruiting Team. The role is fully remote and involves working with multicultural teams on various talent‑acquisition projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area by identifying and initially contacting potential candidates.
- Propose new alternatives for candidate identification and improve existing processes.
- Manage job postings on multiple portals and evaluate incoming applications.
- Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Advanced level of English.
