About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst / Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary point of contact for both external and internal customers. The role combines data‑driven production planning with day‑to‑day handling of inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring service levels are met according to contractual timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor customer requirements daily through dedicated portals.
- Respond to and resolve customer questions, requests and complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform data analysis to support production planning based on information gathered from customer portals.
- Verify that all customer service activities comply with agreed contract schedules.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar data analysis or customer service position.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to on‑site requirements.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
