About the role

Owner is seeking a proactive Associate Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 120+ LATAM restaurant owners, guiding them through the product lifecycle and ensuring adoption of the Owner platform.

Key responsibilities

Manage a dynamic portfolio of 120+ customers across all lifecycle stages.
Engage with at‑risk accounts to drive product adoption and reduce churn.
Deliver value through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Identify and nurture brand ambassadors and uncover expansion opportunities.
Collect and relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence product improvements.

Required profile

Proven track record in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to spot churn risk indicators.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese for the LATAM market.
Self‑starter who thrives in a remote‑first, fast‑growing environment.
Ability to manage large, diverse customer sets and prioritize effectively.
