Customer Success Manager

About the role

Workday is looking for a hands‑on, strategic Customer Success Manager to own the post‑go‑live experience for customers using its emerging HCM solutions. You will partner with senior HR, talent, and workforce leaders to drive product adoption, ensure health, and realize measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, linking Workday insights to people and workforce strategies.
• Own product adoption, health monitoring, value realization, and retention for a portfolio of customers.
• Shape product road‑maps and guide change‑management initiatives that embed solutions into daily leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide regular business reviews, metrics, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, consulting, or a related client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior business leaders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
