Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) will act as the primary delivery lead for strategic customers, helping them maximise value from Microsoft cloud products and services. You will partner with customers, partners and internal teams to accelerate business outcomes across digital cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end post‑sales delivery and support orchestration for strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, technical professionals and partners.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to align the right expertise at the right time.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions.
• Coach and mentor teammates on customer engagement and partnership strategies.

Required profile

• Passion for cloud technologies and a background in IT Service Management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with strategic customers in a technology‑focused environment.
