Customer Service Representative – On‑Site (San Pedro)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our San Pedro office. You will provide high‑quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and accurately while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and deliver effective solutions through the appropriate communication channel.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of procedures to provide accurate information.
• Document each interaction in the database using the provided tools.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets for service quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Follow up on requests, payments, transactions, and information changes until fully resolved.
• Collaborate with coaches, teammates, and other departments to share insights and trends.
• Ensure equipment and tools are kept in excellent condition and protect confidential account information.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English (minimum 85% proficiency).
• Ability to work on‑site at the San Pedro location.
• High school diploma.
• Basic mathematical and data‑entry skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and adaptability abilities.
• Team‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, and customer‑service focused.
