Customer Service & Engagement Manager

About the role

Huntsman is looking for a Customer Service & Engagement Manager to lead North and South America customer service operations for its Polyurethanes Division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, improving processes and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer service function across the Americas, ensuring execution, accountability and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, aligning strategic goals with operational needs.
• Recruit, develop and mentor team members, manage performance and plan succession.
• Identify and streamline inefficient or missing processes, remove roadblocks and provide escalation support.
• Monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement and promote value‑added activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain talent.
• Strong problem‑solving and risk‑management capabilities.
