Customer Service Agent

About the role

The Customer Service Agent will ensure every guest of Costa Rica Dream Makers receives an exceptional experience from the first inquiry through the end of their vacation. Working closely with reservations, property management, accounting and the guest service team, you will handle guest requests while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous assistance to guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reservations, property issues, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures for each interaction.
• Monitor and meet performance metrics and KPIs set by leadership.
• Build and sustain relationships with service providers and partners.

Required profile

• 0-3 years experience in tourism, hospitality or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Results-driven, organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside in or relocate to Jaco.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
