Customer Service Advisor – Blended Support (English)

About the role

The Advisor I, Blended Support role provides front‑line assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will resolve routine product or service queries, ensure service meets contractual KPIs and help build positive relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, chat and email, following agreed procedures.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Document interactions accurately in the call tracking system and update account notes.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services to answer inquiries.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services where appropriate.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with up to six months of relevant experience.
• Polite, patient and able to demonstrate empathy in all customer contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high‑volume setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Dependable, flexible and able to work rotating shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer navigation and PC proficiency.
