Customer Logistics Analyst

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Customer Logistics Analyst to support Customer Logistics operations at its Prindisa Shared Service Center. The role combines customer service, order management and data analysis to ensure a seamless customer experience, working with cross-functional teams and monitoring performance. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and support Customer Logistics operations to ensure effective service execution and performance.
• Engage directly with customers through occasional calls (typically up to 3-4 per day) to resolve logistics or service inquiries.
• Monitor logistics and service KPIs, identify trends and gaps, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial and Operations teams on end-to-end customer solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and analyses to support operational and business decisions.
• Help identify root causes of service or logistics issues and contribute to corrective actions.
• Take part in process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in order entry/order management and customer service, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced written and spoken English; comfortable handling client calls and problem-solving in English.
• Preferred: experience in multinational, regional or shared service environments, and exposure to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Experience with KPIs, reports and basic performance analysis.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge and experience highly desirable.
