Customer Incentive Chargebacks Specialist

About the role

The Customer Incentive Chargebacks Specialist supports Genpact's Customer Incentive Program (CIP) and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) operations, ensuring accurate planning, execution, and reporting of incentive and chargeback activities across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support CIP annual planning, including kickoff, entry, validation, and loading plans into internal ERP systems.
• Manage ongoing CIP activities such as agreement changes, credit note issuance, rebilling, and accrual procedures.
• Execute payment and settlement tasks, including claim payments, short payments, and rebate payments, and ensure proper GL reconciliation during closeout.
• Monitor incentive accuracy, communicate outcomes, and handle adjustments and reporting.
• Onboard and offboard channel partners for POS, collect and track POS data, perform data conditioning, quality checks, and post‑POS data for downstream use.
• Participate in tier escalation meetings and business touchpoints to resolve issues promptly.
• Handle chargeback processes related to customer incentives.

Required profile

• Experience with financial incentive programs and chargeback management.
• Familiarity with ERP environments and SAP.
• Strong analytical abilities to validate data and reconcile accounts.
• Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and channel partners.
