Customer Growth Manager – Shipping Operations

About the role

This position joins a fast‑growing Amazon Shipping business, supporting high‑volume shippers through operational and relationship management. The Customer Growth Manager (CGM) ensures partner success by handling escalations, delivering insights, and providing a seamless support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve missed, delayed, or urgent pickup requests to minimize shipper disruptions.
• Investigate tracking anomalies and delivery delays, providing clear updates to shippers.
• Address invoicing discrepancies, monitor account limits, and manage warehouse address updates.
• Guide shippers through claims for lost, damaged, or delayed packages and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and present insights in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Promote self‑service tools and best practices to improve partner efficiency.
• Manage complex, cross‑functional escalations involving property damage, vendor mis‑shipments, drop‑trailer incidents, or API integration errors.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience generating new opportunities, managing pipelines, and executing full sales cycles.
• 2+ years of consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Background in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com, including dashboard and report development.
• Programming experience (unspecified language).
