Customer Growth Manager – Shipping Operations

About the role

This position joins a fast‑growing Amazon Shipping business, supporting high‑volume shippers with operational and relationship expertise. The Customer Growth Manager (CGM) ensures partner success by handling escalations, delivering insights, and providing a seamless support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pickup Support – Resolve missed, delayed, or urgent pickup requests and minimize shipper disruptions.
• Tracking and Delivery Resolution – Investigate tracking anomalies, address delivery delays, and keep shippers informed.
• Billing & Account Management – Correct invoicing discrepancies, monitor payment limits, and update warehouse contacts.
• Claims Assistance – Guide shippers through compensation processes for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
• Proactive Account Optimization – Analyse data to identify trends, present insights in MBRs/QBRs, and promote self‑service tools.
• Complex or Cross‑functional Escalations – Coordinate with internal teams to resolve multi‑function issues such as property damage or API errors.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or new‑business sourcing experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
