Customer Care Representative I

About the role

Envista’s Kerr division is seeking a Customer Care Representative I to provide prompt and professional support to internal and external customers. The role involves handling a high volume of phone calls, responding to email and EDI inquiries, and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of customer calls professionally and within department standards.
• Manage internal and external inquiries using the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the majority of product lines.
• Monitor and prioritize open cases in the CRM to meet departmental goals.
• Enter promotional orders and process complaints in the Oracle ERP system.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, credits and debits, and create/maintain customer accounts.
• Collaborate with logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in daily KPI meetings, continuous‑improvement activities, and required training.

Required skills

• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP for complaint processing.
• Basic understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI) for customer communications.
