About the role
Clients Blackbox is a performance‑marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial advisors. They are seeking a highly organized Creative Production Manager to oversee video projects, ensure quality, and handle introductory client calls.
Key responsibilities
- Manage video projects from assignment through completion, tracking deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance on completed videos, checking pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients and maintain organized project workflows across the remote team.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project‑management and time‑management skills.
- Experience in sales and/or account management; confident on client calls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
