Creative Engineer

About the role

The Creative Engineer is responsible for delivering high‑quality production design assets across digital channels. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage complex digital production projects with minimal supervision, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.

Key responsibilities

• Create and resize image assets, banners, and templates for web, app, and social media.
• Perform photo retouching, photomontage, and image optimization.
• Produce animated and static online advertising banners, email layouts, and presentation decks.
• Maintain and update digital layouts, skins, and visual guidelines.
• Communicate with project managers, creative leads, and clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Conduct quality assurance on all outputs and stay current with design trends and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising Design, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in advertising, digital, or design agencies.
• Strong understanding of design principles, digital marketing, and online advertising.
• Ability to handle complex production projects independently.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Keynote and PowerPoint.
• After Effects and Adobe Animate (Celtra or Orca Plus).
• UI design tools – Figma, Sketch.
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Collaboration tools – Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, Box, Evernote.
• Workflow tools – Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript (optional).
