About the role
As a Corporate Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and achieve their business objectives. You will guide customers through the booking process, ensure compliance with travel policies, and provide expert advice on cost‑effective travel solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients using GDS platforms.
- Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing consistent consultation.
- Handle all regulatory and compliance requests related to travel bookings.
- Provide clients with industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships, offering actionable suggestions.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry landscape.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
- Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus GDS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
