Corporate Physician

About the role

As a Corporate Physician at CONSISA, you will be responsible for the comprehensive health care of the company’s employees, delivering medical consultations, monitoring cases, and supporting occupational health promotion and prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical examinations and assess fitness for work.
• Manage periodic health checks, control sick leaves and reintegration processes.
• Coordinate and participate in vaccination campaigns and healthy‑lifestyle training.
• Identify and help reduce workplace health risks together with the prevention team.
• Prepare occupational medical reports and refer employees to external health services when needed.

Required profile

• Strong clinical background in general medicine and occupational health.
• University degree in Medicine with a current professional license.
• Excellent communication, empathy and teamwork abilities to interact with staff at all levels.
• Attention to detail in medical record keeping and report preparation.
• Organised, time‑management oriented and open to continuous improvement projects.
