Contract Operations Specialist

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to join its on‑site team at the Corporativo El Cafetal office. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Monitor vendor and client performance against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track contract changes, amendments, renewals and expiration dates using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
• Identify legal, financial or operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal legal teams, operations leaders and external clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills with daily interaction with native speakers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or legal operations, preferably in the BPO or ITES sector.
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing commercial terms, pricing models and risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data‑protection standards such as GDPR.
