Contract Administrator – Institutional Dining Services

About the role

Sodexo Costa Rica is looking for a Contract Administrator to lead its institutional dining services. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the food‑service operation and ensure achievement of service objectives.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate multidisciplinary teams.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and safeguard contract profitability.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality, and safety regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Identify and implement opportunities for business improvement and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Business Administration, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in similar contract or food‑service roles.
• Current food‑handling certificate (mandatory).
• Experience in food‑service operations, team leadership, and contract management.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
