About the role
A company is hiring a Content Moderator based in Rohrmoser, Costa Rica, working onsite. The role helps create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content in English and French.
Key responsibilities
- Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos and audio.
- Evaluate content against established policies and guidelines.
- Classify or remove content that violates platform standards.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
- Meet established productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow information security procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- B2 level of English and French.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Availability to work onsite in Rohrmoser, Costa Rica.
