Content Marketing Manager (AI-Forward, Team Lead)

About the role

Safeguard Global is looking for an execution-focused, AI-forward Content Manager to lead content planning, writing, production and delivery across its global marketing organisation. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the role owns the content calendar and drives a high-volume content strategy supporting demand generation, brand awareness, sales enablement and pipeline growth. It is a hands-on leadership role for a team of three content professionals based in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and run a high-volume content engine covering blogs, webinars, social posts, white papers, email campaigns, sales collateral, competitive battlecards and case studies
• Translate campaign briefs and business priorities into content plans and deliverables, and set editorial standards and workflows
• Manage, coach and develop a team of three content professionals, distributing work by capacity, skills and timelines
• Introduce AI tools and workflows across the content lifecycle, including research, drafting, editing, repurposing and localization, while keeping quality and brand alignment
• Support demand generation and sales enablement, including competitive battlecards and customer-facing collateral
• Track production volume, on-time delivery and quality, and report progress, risks and results to marketing leadership

Required profile

• 5+ years in content marketing, content strategy, editorial operations or a related marketing discipline
• Experience in the HR industry, ideally HR technology, HCM, payroll, benefits, talent management or workforce management
• Proven people management and project management skills, with experience producing high-volume B2B content
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve content production and repurposing
• Preferred: global or distributed marketing experience, familiarity with marketing automation, CMS and project management platforms, and professional fluency in English
