Construction Manager

About the role

Hola Moda is seeking a Construction Manager to lead construction and expansion projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and strategic partners to deliver successful project outcomes and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, business cases, and financial tracking.
• Lead tender processes, evaluate offers, and contract suppliers.
• Maintain financial transparency and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, execution, and logistics for construction and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety standards, and construction specifications.
• Monitor contractors and partners to guarantee contractual and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop cost‑optimization strategies through engineering and value‑engineering processes.
• Support planning and execution of maintenance programs to keep store operations efficient.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading construction, renovation, or commercial expansion projects.
• Background in retail, commercial chains, or fast‑growing companies.
• Proven ability to manage CAPEX budgets, cost control, and financial follow‑up.
• Experience with tendering, negotiation, and contractor/supplier management.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.
