Compliance Program Analyst – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Program Analyst to join our team on a one‑year contract. You will work closely with the Privacy & Data Protection, Responsible AI, and Integrity pillars, as well as Product Legal, Global Legal Services, Security, and Customer Care, to ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end workflow for contract review, from request receipt to signature routing and final distribution.
• Maintain and improve contract management processes and systems, enforcing contract policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, providing guidance on standard edits, non‑standard terms, and policy questions.
• Review and negotiate contract modifications with internal partners and third parties.
• Draft and revise contract language to address emerging situations.
• Execute compliance workstreams related to privacy, responsible AI, and integrity, including third‑party due‑diligence reviews.
• Support customer and prospect questionnaires focused on privacy and data compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews for internal tooling and employee relocation requests.
• Collaborate across functions to handle high‑volume workloads using enterprise and AI tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal partners on compliance and integrity queries.
• Complete assigned projects aligned with business and departmental needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, specifically with contract review processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• General understanding of compliance and risk management programs.
