Compensation Analyst

About the role

Sysco is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support its global compensation strategy. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with advanced tools and influence pay structures across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs and ensure alignment with policies and market trends.
• Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and complex job evaluations using tools such as Market Pay and Workday.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to set competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Design and implement base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs in partnership with leadership.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and executive summaries on compensation analysis findings.
• Support the annual survey cycle, maintain Market Pay tool, and address compensation queries via Workday Help.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in compensation, including market research, salary data analysis, and job evaluations.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
