Communications Representative (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Communications Representative will create compelling internal content that informs, educates and engages employees. Working on a six‑month contract, you will support the execution of communication plans, collaborate with an external communications agency and ensure consistent messaging across all internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content for internal communication channels.
• Execute communication timelines and plans to deliver content on schedule.
• Produce ad‑hoc material in response to emerging business priorities.
• Manage the Communications Calendar and coordinate follow‑up actions with stakeholders.
• Partner with the communications agency and business units to shape strategy and comprehensive content plans.
• Assess channel effectiveness, recommend improvements and support continuous process optimisation.
• Assist with additional communications projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications role (corporate or agency).
• Knowledge of internal communications processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (approximately 80%).
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with all organisational levels and collaborating across teams with minimal supervision.
