Commercial Sales Representative

About the role

The Commercial Sales Representative will drive new business and expand our customer base in the logistics sector, focusing on companies that require international shipping and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers, identifying firms with international shipping and logistics needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
• Sell ocean, air, trucking, warehousing and logistics solutions and consistently follow up to close new business.
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while collaborating closely with Operations to ensure excellent service.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross‑profit targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or supply‑chain.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to develop relationships with decision‑makers at all organizational levels.
• Existing contacts in logistics or international trade are a significant advantage.
