Collections Account Manager – Customer-Focused Collections Specialist

About the role

Join Snap Finance’s fast‑growing Collections team as a Collections Account Manager. You will work directly with customers who have past‑due accounts, helping them find payment solutions while delivering a friendly, empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers with delinquent balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and guide customers toward the best resolution.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the system.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while performing soft‑collections activities.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of collections experience (soft or hard collections preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday between 7 AM‑7 PM and one Saturday per month.
