Cloud Engineer II – AWS & Cloud Platform Reliability

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer II to join our Platform Reliability team. You will help ensure the stability, security, and automation of our cloud‑native platforms built on AWS and other public clouds. This role offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge technologies and support a vibrant developer community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform Reliability Engineers to deliver reliability services for cloud platforms.
• Maintain and improve automated code deployment, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, KMS, Service Catalog, CodeCommit, Control Tower, SCPs, Stack Sets, and Lambda.
• Develop and review Python or Golang code to create medium‑scale solutions.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and support container orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Utilize observability tools like Dynatrace and analyze CloudWatch logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with core AWS services; experience with GCP is beneficial.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, especially GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as load balancing and network security.
