Clinical Trial Coordinator – Trial Delivery Specialist

Join a global team that supports leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies across more than 100 countries. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator – Trial Delivery Specialist, you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, ensuring trial activities run smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to the task matrix.
• Perform internal, country and investigator file reviews and document findings.
• Maintain study documentation, including eTMF updates, system access management, and vendor trackers.
• Provide system support for GoBalto and eTMF platforms and assist with Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) activities.
• Process and transmit documents to clients, IRBs/IECs, and manage mass mailings.
• Schedule and organize meetings, capture minutes, and track regulatory documents.
• Assist with Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binder preparation, as well as translation material QC.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings, and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
• Previous experience in clinical trial coordination or related administrative support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoBalto platform.
• Experience using electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) systems.
• Knowledge of Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) processes.
