About the role
We are seeking a Client Tech Support Associate to join our fast‑paced team and ensure the stability of enterprise applications. This position is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to deepen their technical support expertise while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Validate system configurations and environment settings.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain application stability.
- Generate reports and analyze system performance metrics.
Required profile
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in application or systems support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with good documentation practices.
- Ability to stay calm and structured under pressure.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- SQL
- Excel
- Power BI
- ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Basic scripting (PowerShell or similar)
- Understanding of multi‑tier environments (Web, Application, Database, Infrastructure)
