About the role
Agrocap LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager to strengthen financial stability and operational excellence across its agri‑food financing platform. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will be the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth invoicing, documentation, and risk‑free payment flows.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their debtors, managing day‑to‑day relationships.
- Upload invoices and supporting documents to the platform promptly and verify debtor confirmations.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate issues that could delay payments, collaborating with internal teams.
- Proactively monitor and flag risks, discrepancies, or potential funding problems.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement to boost efficiency.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong background in risk management, process improvement, and issue resolution.
- Experience with invoice and documentation management.
- Ability to develop data‑analysis capabilities.
