Client Success Manager

About the role

Infillion is looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join its Catalina CR team as a Client Success Manager. The role focuses on managing both self‑service programmatic campaigns and managed‑service relationships with some of the company’s largest clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with top‑tier clients across Infillion’s programmatic and managed‑service solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client success, overseeing onboarding, campaign activation, and ongoing account management.
• Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders in media, marketing, operations, analytics, and executive teams.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation, including solution design, platform setup, audience and partner integrations, trafficking coordination, and campaign launches.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end post‑sale campaign lifecycle—from planning and activation to optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and renewal support.
• Manage day‑to‑day account operations to ensure successful campaign launches, pacing, delivery goals, and exceed client expectations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, activation, billing, and technical support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, Product, Analytics, and Client Services to drive growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client success or account management, preferably within programmatic advertising.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
