Civil 3D BIM Specialist – Senior Structural Modeling

About the role

The company is a leading BIM service provider seeking a senior Civil 3D and Utilities BIM Specialist. You will create accurate structural and civil BIM models (LOD300‑LOD400) for concrete, steel, and site infrastructure, ensuring high‑quality deliverables for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural and civil BIM models using Revit as the primary tool, with Navisworks for coordination and Civil 3D as a strong plus.
• Interpret and analyze project documents—including drawings, specifications, and submittals—to guarantee constructibility.
• Identify and resolve clashes during modeling and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural and civil BIM modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient or advanced English (spoken and written).
