Central Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Central Sourcing Manager joins Citi’s Procurement and Third‑Party Management (P&TPM) team, a core part of the bank’s First Line of Defense. You will support the end‑to‑end Source to Contract (S2C) process, ensuring compliant, efficient and strategic engagement with suppliers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Sourcing Managers and Business Activity Owners throughout the full contracting lifecycle, from strategy development to contract execution and administration.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance and technology teams to maintain regulatory compliance (OCC, FCA) and audit readiness.
• Support migration to new procurement platforms and drive automation to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Monitor third‑party risk, contribute to remediation initiatives and promote proactive risk prevention.
• Help integrate procurement data with Citi’s strategic ledgers and vendor platforms for financial standardisation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing and third‑party risk management within a global financial institution.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and contribute to audit‑ready processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GEP strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle management platform.
• Familiarity with Source to Contract (S2C) tools and processes.
