About the role

The Regional Trainer is responsible for executing the training calendar, ensuring that business objectives and needs are met, and contributing to the professional development of employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled training sessions to employees in various locations.
• Collect and analyse feedback from participants to improve program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, outcomes, and training materials.
• Align training activities with identified business goals and skill gaps.
• Continuously monitor and report on the impact of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering corporate training or facilitation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with regional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
