Campaign Manager – Advertising Operations

About the role

Amazon Advertising is looking for a motivated Campaign Manager to own end‑to‑end campaign operations across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure campaigns launch on time, meet quality standards, and deliver a positive experience for both advertisers and Amazon customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex advertising campaigns across Amazon properties through collaboration with Design, Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and Policy teams.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle: advertiser education, insertion order processing, set‑up, trafficking, troubleshooting, and lead‑time compliance.
• Oversee 1P and 3P creative assets and pixel trafficking, coordinating design reviews and conducting thorough testing.
• Perform comprehensive campaign audits, quality‑assurance checks, go‑live workflows, screenshot verification, and user‑experience validation.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation while ensuring compliance with security protocols and Amazon advertising policies.
• Maintain designated client relationships, provide strategic support, and identify process or product gaps for continuous improvement.
