About the role
Bill Gosling Outsourcing is hiring a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative based in Heredia. The role covers the day-to-day work of handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, giving product and service information and keeping customer records up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Provide information about products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer records
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive customer experience
Required profile
- Experience in customer service, customer support and customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- English level B2+
