Call Center Agent (Collections & Customer Service)

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing, a global provider of customer care, sales and financial services outsourcing solutions, is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents. The role covers collections and customer service, handling account inquiries and payment arrangements through calls, emails and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review account status and information thoroughly to understand the customer's inquiry or need.
• Recommend appropriate solutions, products or alternative options to resolve the customer's issue.
• Update customer account information and take follow-up actions until issues are fully resolved.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements where applicable.
• Overcome consumer objections and refer complaints immediately to the appropriate manager, team leader or department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Full availability for afternoon and evening shifts, starting from 1:00 PM onwards.
• Previous call center experience preferred but not required.
• High school education preferred but not required.
• English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2, or a score of 85% or higher on an English proficiency test.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfort with customer service platforms, CRM systems and other software tools.
• Adaptability, teamwork and willingness to learn.
