Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative will join TD SYNNEX's Dell team to nurture customer relationships, drive vendor initiatives, and support partner enablement. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will help expand partner accounts and ensure smooth pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide primary point‑of‑contact support for customer consultations and service requests.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Support partner enablement by delivering vendor training and product/program guidance.
• Track, qualify, and move leads through the sales cycle, maintaining accurate pipeline reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow‑up and reporting on vendor‑related activities.
• Develop deep knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
• Participate in account planning, customer consultations, and industry training events.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (minimum).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage multiple tasks.
