Business Development Representative I

About the role

The Business Development Representative I will support TD SYNNEX’s sales organization by building and maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives and assisting partner enablement activities. As an entry‑level position, you will become a subject‑matter expert on the company’s product portfolio and help move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and support.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that generate business growth.
• Support partner enablement programs and work with internal teams to meet vendor‑specific KPIs.
• Track, qualify and manage the vendor pipeline, moving opportunities through each sales stage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide timely follow‑up and accurate reporting on vendor‑related activities.
• Participate in account planning and review sessions with the sales team.
• Attend vendor‑provided industry training as required.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of relevant experience; associate’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel, work non‑standard hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work both in a professional office environment and remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and basic office software.
• Understanding of sales processes and terminology.
