Business Analyst – Contract Pricing & Accuracy

About the role

Sysco is seeking a Business Analyst to support its Contract Pricing and Accuracy team. The role bridges business needs and technology solutions, helping to roll out systems and methodologies that align with the company’s long‑term transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional and non‑functional requirements through interviews, workshops and surveys with business users and technical teams.
• Document current and future state processes using process maps, flowcharts and diagrams.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, create reports and dashboards that support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test solutions, including defining test scenarios and participating in user acceptance testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as requirements, process flows, user manuals and training guides.
• Facilitate communication between business users, technology teams and other stakeholders, presenting findings and progress updates.
• Support change‑management activities and train end‑users on new tools and processes.
• Enter contracts and amendments into the Contract Management tool and configure its association tables, user groups and approval flows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in documenting processes and creating visual representations.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating across functions.
