About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support the operations of an institutional cafeteria in the Heredia‑Belén area. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of food supplies while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, classify, and store merchandise and supplies according to established procedures.
• Control inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
• Prepare and dispatch products based on operational requirements.
• Maintain documentation for all inventory entries and exits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and orderly.
• Report any shortages, excesses, or incidents to management promptly.
• Ensure proper handling and preservation of stored products.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (or at least ninth grade).
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
• Valid Food Handling Certificate (title and manipulation card).
• Availability to work rotating shifts in Heredia‑Belén.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
