Billing & Claims Specialist - Accountant II

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Billing & Claims Specialist – Accountant II to manage the full Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) billing cycle. The role ensures accurate invoicing, resolves billing disputes, and supports continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end OTC billing process, including sales orders, invoicing, and journal entries.
- Interact with customers, sales, pricing, and other stakeholders to resolve billing claims and disputes.
- Review, correct, and create sales orders and invoices based on documentation and customer statements.
- Create necessary journal entries and maintain productivity metrics.
- Analyze root causes of claims and recommend process or control enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, credit, or customer collections.
- Hands‑on experience making outbound collection calls and communicating with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the OTC process from order entry to payment collection.
